Come take a self-guided visit and meet the team delivering the work underway at Martin Place Station on Sunday 5 May 2024.
Visitors will have the opportunity to access the station, see some of the public art, and walk through the concourse level and new metro platforms 25 metres below ground. This metro station is integrated with the existing Martin Place Station and serves Sydney’s commercial and financial district, the Macquarie Street precinct and the Pitt Street retail zone.

Bookings are final and non-transferable. A change of session time or date is not possible and additional participants cannot be added to your booking.
Don’t forget to plan your trip ahead of time at https://transportnsw.info/. Please note there will be trackwork on the 4-5 May weekend - trains will not run on the City Circle, or between Wynyard and Central.
As a condition of entry:
- Visitors must be free of drugs and alcohol. Sydney Metro’s contractor has a zero-tolerance drugs and alcohol policy on site and random tests may be conducted. Any individuals suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied entry to Site, at Sydney Metro’s or the Contractor’s discretion.
- The site is a smoke-free environment, and no smoking is permitted by visitors on site on the Open Day.
- Visitors with any cold or flu-like symptoms or Covid-19 are asked to refrain from attending the Open Day.

Length of visit: Visitors are welcome to explore the new station. Most visits will take approximately 45 minutes. Please arrive at your scheduled booking time. Last visitor entry to site is at 2:15pm.
