Description
We would like to invite you to the 2nd annual Financial Institutions, Regulation and Corporate Governance (FIRCG) Conference at Melbourne Business School.
Agenda and Program
The 2nd Annual FIRCG Conference will run from 10:00am - 8:00pm, Sunday 29 January, and 9:00am - 8:30pm on Monday 30 January 2017. Day 1 includes a series of concurrent paper discussions on topics, such as Compensation, Crisis, Banking Governance, and Agency Issues, as well as a PhD session, lunch, afternoon tea and a cocktail reception. On Day 2, more papers will be reviewed, plus there will be a round table discussion enjoyed by all delegates, facilititated by Professor Betsey Stevenson & Dr Marianne Broadbent. Morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a conference dinner will be provided.
Accommodation
There are a limited number of ensuite, double-hotel rooms onsite at Melbourne Business School.
Rate types are as follows :- inclusive of GST
Room only @$115 per person, per night (without breakfast)
An additional person in room @$55 per day
Bed & Breakfast @$145 per person, per night
An additional person in room with breakfast @$85 per day

Transport
Melbourne Business School in conveniently located slightly north of the CBD at 200 Leicester Street in Carlton. If you are arriving from a domestic or international airport it is likely that you will land at Tullamarine Airport, which is approximately 20km from the campus. From Tullamarine Airport, your transport options are:
- Taxi (approximately $65 and 30 minutes, depending on the time of day)
- Skybus to Southern Cross Station ($18 one-way) and taxi to Leicester St (approximately $15)
If you are traveling on public transport from around Melbourne, Melbourne Business School is located a short walk from trams 1, 3, 5, 6, 16, 64, 67, 72 from the CBD and bus route 401 from North Melbourne Station.
