About this event

In this 30-minute online information session, we will provide an overview of the Women in Trades Mentoring Program, detailing its goals and benefits for apprentices, mentees, mentors, and employers.

We will highlight the personal and professional growth opportunities for mentees, the satisfaction and professional development for mentors, and the enhanced skills and retention benefits for employers. The program structure will be explained, including mentor matching every six months, online training sessions, celebratory events, and the importance of peer networking for support and learning.

We will also clarify the time commitment and responsibilities for all participants, along with the support available from program coordinators and mentors.

Additionally, the application process will be outlined, and the session will conclude with a Q&A segment to address any immediate concerns or curiosities, followed by closing remarks encouraging attendees to apply or get involved.
