The journey will bring you behind the scenes of Japanese tea harvesting, which will lead you to your own experience discovering new flavours and tea producers in a friendly intimate setting, with matching small treats made by Cédric. Whether you are a seasoned tea snob, or simply curious, willing to expand your knowledge about this traditional Japanese beverage and learn how to prepare it home, this event is for you!
Cedric's handmade matching treats will bring our love for Japanese flavours combined with our French patisserie flair, now enhanced with the latest culinary techniques Cedric has experienced on. This first edition will feature new treats adapted to the season, with exclusive creations only made for this event.
