About this event

When headstrong Lucky (voiced by Isabela Merced) is reluctantly sent from her home in the city to live in the sleepy frontier town of Miradora with her Aunt Cora (Julianne Moore) and her local stationmaster father (Jake Gyllenhaal), she is less than impressed. She soon has a change of heart, however, after meeting a Cimarron mustang named Spirit who shares her rebellious spirit.

Lucky has never ridden a horse before but won’t let a small detail like that stop her, especially after learning that her late mother was a star stunt rider. But when a heartless wrangler (Walton Goggins) plots to capture Spirit and his herd to auction them off, Lucky must embark on the adventure of a lifetime to rescue the horse that changed her life.

A loose sequel to 2002’s Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, as well as the hugely popular animated series it spawned, Spirit Untamed offers a beautiful, almost painterly, throwback to animated films of old.
