Whether you plan to do the entire route or a section of your choice, you'll be a part of a global community of riders finding a moment of harmony and alignment on the bike. However it’s accomplished, may the effort be grounded in the pleasure of possibilities when pushing into new comfort zones with friends. You are responsible for your own nutrition and hydration across the ride. You must wear a helmet and appropriate cycling footwear for the terrain. You are also responsible for your own mechanical support – bring spare tubes, tyre levers, a patch kit, and a pump or CO2 cartridges.
