Headphones on, margaritas in hand, glitter everywhere. A roaming silent disco through Melbourne with the iconic Guru Dudu crew.

You know those silent disco videos on TikTok? The ones where a group of girls are dancing through the streets at someone's hens, looking like they're having the best night of their lives? We're doing that. No hens required.

Here's the rundown:

We kick off at Fonda with a margarita (or non-alcoholic soda) and a chance to mingle. You'll meet your Hype Girls before the headphones go on, so by the time we hit the streets you've already got a few new friends to dance and sing badly with.

Then our silent disco leader from Guru Dudu takes over. They're the originals, they've been doing this around the world for years and know exactly how to get a crowd of strangers acting like old mates. Expect dance moves you usually save for your bedroom, completely unapologetically.

The vibe? Glitter gel pen songs. The ones you copied into the back of your diary. Pop princesses, 2000s throwbacks, lyrics still rent-free in your brain twenty years later. You get the picture.
