Event Cancellation Policy

Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Conference after registering are most welcome to nominate a substitute. Any changes made to a registration within seven (7) days of the conference will incur a $40.00 (AUD$) Eventbrite administrative fee.

In the circumstance you are unable to attend because you, or someone within your immediate household, become infected with Covid-19 within 7 days prior to the event, we will waive the administrative fee to arrange an alternate delegate of your choice.

If you need to cancel your registration, you must inform the Centre for Business Analytics (bac@mbs.edu) of your inability to attend. A refund of the registration fee, less a cancellation fee of $110 (AUD$) including GST will be made 14 days after the date of cancellation.

NO refunds will be made after 15 July 2024.

In the event there is a shut down preventing the Conference to proceed as planned, we will endeavour to deliver the event at a later date or deliver the event virtually. At this time a refund will be available according to the action the Centre takes, including a full refund less an Eventbrite administrative fee of $40.00 (AUD$) should the Conference not proceed in any form.
