Family Friendly Fireworks Cruise
Join us as we depart from Brooke Street Pier at 8:30 PM, perfect for catching the family-friendly fireworks at 9:30 PM. Cruise along Hobart’s beautiful waterfront on our luxurious 23 metre catamaran while a DJ spins tracks to get you dancing the night away. This all-ages event is the perfect start or finish to your evening, offering a festive and fun atmosphere for the whole family. Enjoy the beautiful views, great music, and a night to remember with loved ones.

Midnight Fireworks Cruise
For those looking to see in the New Year, our second cruise departs from Brooke Street Pier at 11:00 PM. Be in the perfect position to witness the stunning midnight fireworks as we cruise into the New Year. Upon boarding, enjoy a complimentary glass of sparkling wine to set the celebratory mood. Dance the night away to a live DJ and soak in the breathtaking waterfront views. This exclusive event promises a unforgettable New Years Eve experience as you toast to the new year. Please be aware this is a 18+ event.

What to Expect

Check-In: Check-in will begin 15 minutes prior to departure at Brooke Street Pier, conveniently located along the Hobart waterfront, just a five-minute stroll from Elizabeth Street.

Family Friendly Fireworks Cruise: The Family Friendly Fireworks Cruise will depart Brooke Street Pier at 8:30 PM. Please be ready for boarding at 8:15 PM. The cruise will travel the Derwent Estuary, taking in the sights before pausing in a prime position for the 9:30 PM fireworks. You will then disembark at 10:00 PM at Brooke Street Pier.

Midnight Fireworks Cruise: The Midnight Fireworks Cruise will depart Brooke Street Pier at 11:00 PM. Please be ready for boarding at 10:45 PM on the lower level of Brooke Street Pier. Once onboard, you will receive a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. The cruise will then sail the harbor before pausing in time for the midnight fireworks display. You will return to Brooke Street Pier for disembarkation at 12:30 AM.

Onboard Facilities: On our 23-meter catamaran, you can visit our fully licensed galley to purchase drinks, cheese, charcuterie, and other refreshments. PBII is also fitted with restrooms and four viewing decks. Our main deck is accessible. Please note that Peppermint Bay II is a non-smoking vessel, which includes the use of vapes and e-cigarettes.

Children: Children under the age of 18 accompanied by an adult are welcome aboard the Family Friendly Fireworks Cruise. Please note that all children must be fully supervised at all times and are the responsibility of the adult or guardian they are travelling with.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations with 30 or more days’ notice will qualify for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
