The Training Day will be complete with catered lunch 😋, morning tea 🍵, exclusive freebies 🤩 and chances for your Exec teams to collaborate and share ideas! 💫


At least TWO Club Executives from each Club MUST attend a complete training day. If your Club cannot meet this requirement, email clubs@arc.unsw.edu.au as soon as possible.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if two of our Execs can't make it?

Access to grants in 2025 may be limited for your Club. You may have contributing members such as Directors or Subcommittee attend in your place.

I’m an Exec in multiple Clubs, does my attendance count for both?

Yes! Just make sure you pass on the learnings to all the Clubs you’re involved with!

What do I need to bring?

NOTHING! (Maybe a water bottle) We will be providing notepads and pens as well as a free BBQ lunch :))

More than two of my Exec want to attend, can they still come?

Yes! The more the merrier. Anyone would would like to be trained up is invited. However, if we begin to run into capacity issues, we will prioritise Clubs that have not had 2 Executives trained.
