• Canapes: Sticky Pork Belly & Mushroom Arancini.

• Entrée: Wagyu Beef Dumpling in Miso Dashi Broth (prepare to be amazed!)
• Main Course (Formal): Italian Chicken Breast with Gnocchi, Mushrooms & Garlic Cream Sauce
• Main Course (Feasting): Asian-Style Salmon with Sticky Rice & Smoked Beef Brisket with BBQ Sauce
• Sides: Duck Fat Potatoes, Green Beans, Peas, Feta & Almonds
