The 2025 Sydney Disability Connection Expo sponsored by Lite n' Easy is the biggest expo in NSW history and it's free to attend both days.
Connect and Share! This expo offers people with disabilities, their families, and caregivers the opportunity to connect, explore, learn, and discover new solutions. Whether you're seeking information on assistive technologies, support services, community and government programs, there is tonnes on offer with more than 270 exhibitors across two halls over two days.
Have burning NDIS-related questions? Visit our pupose-built Information Hub. Stay to enjoy the free activities including face painting, jumping castle and ballon artists, as well as a fantastic mainstage entertainment program.

The Expo will be held on Friday 23rd and Sat 24th May 2025, from 10:00am-4pm each day. It is a free event open to the public.
The Expo will be held in Hall 2 Level 1 of the International Convention Centre (ICC) at Darling Harbour, Sydney.
There are many ways you can get to ICC Sydney - bus, ferry, Sydney light rail, taxi, train and more. Parking at the venue is expensive, so we recommend checking out the other options to see if they are more suitable for you. Plan your trip using public transport.
ICC Sydney has 800+ secure car parking spaces available. Vehicle entry height is 2.2m. Additionally, visitors can make use of a number of secure car parks located in and around Darling Harbour, the closest located at Harbourside Car Park, 100 Murray Street, Pyrmont. Find more parking on Google Maps
ICC Sydney has equitable and step-free access to every conference, exhibition and entertainment venue. Head to the ICC accessability page for answers.
Yes! The Sydney Disability Connection Expo is free for everyone to attend. Even our entertainment is free - enjoy face painting, hair braiding, balloon twisting and a bouncy castle. Our main stage will also be packed with performances across both days of the expo.
Yes, everyone must register to attend the expo. We are organising a COVID-safe event and must track registrations for attendance and contact tracing purposes. You’ll be emailed a unique QR code to enter the expo.
Yes! An E-mail will be sent to your nominated email address with a QR code that will allow us to check you in quicker. A handy tip: if you take a screen shot of the QR code it will help you find the ticket faster.
We’ve got a wide range of products and services exhibiting at the expo. We’re adding more every week so check out our website for the up-to-date list.
We’ve got a full entertainment line-up for everyone to enjoy! Face painting, hair braiding, balloon twisting and a bouncy castle are just the start! Our main stage will also be packed with performances across both days of the expo.
The ICC customer service team members can arrange the hire of wheelchairs. These are complimentary, however, we do encourage that the hirer bring a friend or companion to the event, to manage the movement of the wheelchair during the event, and it's return.
The ICC customer service desk is located: • Convention Centre Customer Service desk is located on the ground floor • Exhibition Centre Customer Service desk is located on Level 2 next to Hall 4 • Aware Super Theatre Customer Service desk is located on Level 2 opposite door 2.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided by ICC and is available throughout the entire venue.
No dogs or other animals are allowed within the event (with the exception of registered guide, hearing or assistance dogs).
The ICC will provide kiosk's in the halls for the purchase of food & drinks. There is also a variety of options located around the Darling Harbour precinct.
If you are injured please see any member of the Expo team wearing a red shirt for help or head directly to the First Aid booth which is located next to the Expo Help booth at the Expo entrance.
During our expo days see our Expo Help at booth 1. After the expo has closed DAC will hand all lost property to ICC, then all lost property will be located in the ICC security office.
There is no cloak room inside the Expo however the ICC have cloaking available at both Customer Service desks located on ground floor of Convention Centre and Level 2 of Exhibition.
