Come and enjoy a unique meditative experience called "thoughtless awareness" through this 4-week meditation workshop.

The sessions will include guided meditation where you will learn simple techniques to achieve mental silence and inner peace, as well as tips on how to meditate by yourself at home. Benefits include stress relief, balanced state of mind, self-awareness, improved memory and attention.

Suitable for beginners or regular meditators, the content will be tailored to the attendees based on their interest and experience. Participants are welcome to attend all or any of the sessions, though consistent practice is beneficial to strengthening and deepening the meditation experience.

Do I need to register?

Registration is not mandatory, though it is helpful for our planning.

Why is it free?

Sahaja Yoga Meditation is always free of charge. All Sahaja Yoga events and classes are run by volunteers. We cannot pay for a living and spontaneous experience, just as we cannot get a seed to sprout by paying Mother Earth.

Will I need to bring anything?

No, just bring yourself. You can choose to meditate by sitting in chairs or on the floor - whatever feels more comfortable.
