Who is it for
This course is exclusively for Crisisworks users wanting to use Crisisworks to manage emergency relief in local government, including managing Relief and Evacuation Centres, Evacuation Centres and Recovery Hubs.
Prerequisites
Must be a Crisisworks user and have basic proficiency in Crisisworks OR Crisisworks for Beginners (CWMR07)
Outcomes
After completing this course, users should be able to manage relief at council using Crisisworks including entering relief registrations, transition relief registrations to recovery cases and work with the public relief forms.
Duration
This course consists of a single 90 minute session (including quick assessments, optional question and answer session).
