Frequently asked questions

If I ask to attend a class but I have to cancel do I forfeit the ticket?

Nope - just give me at least an hour's warning that you can't attend and you can select another class

why is there a 5 class pass option?

Some artists want to `` set and forget' or don't want to pay multiple credit card fees, this option is for those artists. I really love the ` no obligation' model of classes so if you do too then just sign up each week no problem.

Can I change my mind and get a refund?

You can cancel the whole ticket (all 5 passes) before the 1 August 2025 for a full refund, easy to do on Eventbrite. If you use one of the tickets then you will need to use all of them.

Does the pass expire?

No - I've been running this class for almost 5 years and intend to do so for the next 5 - if I see you once a year that is no problem.

How will I keep track of the number of classes I have done?

I'll do that - good old Excel :) and email to the rescue

What if I don't like any of the classes I see?

Perhaps have a look at my Facebook page to get a sense of the kind of classes I run - that way if this style is not for you no problem. Alternatively so long as you haven't used any of the 5 passes I will just refund you.

Can I purchase the class as a gift?

You lovely human yes you can! just add the recipient's details into the ticket or email me on hilarylouise0@gmail.com and Ill manage it

Is it cheaper to buy the 5 class pass

The cost is the same, I am being responsive to those artists who have requested this option rather than trying to drive sales, the saving would be in the bank fees.
