After completing this course, users should be able to:
- Understand communication preferences
- Create structured communications such as Incident Action Plans and Situation Reports
- Compose Communications
- Disseminate Communications via multiple means including: Information items, Dashboard feeds, Text message and Email
- Request Acknowledgements
- Request basic responses
- Create and use reusable message templates
