About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

This Sound Journey is an immersive 90-minute experience that weaves together sound, breathwork and meditation. Drawing upon ancient practices, this experience is designed to nourish both body and mind, guiding you into a deeper state of relaxation.

The journey begins with gentle guided meditations and breath awareness, followed by being immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes and medicine drum. These vibrations help restore emotional, physical and energetic balance while deeply nourishing the nervous system. It’s a beautiful opportunity to reconnect to self and return to a state of being.
