    Suitable for beginners with basic knowledge in the Korean language including Hanguel system, greetings & simple expressions.


    MULTIPLE REGISTRATION

    Please note the following limits for registration due to the popularity of the courses:

    - Maximum of one (1) Mandarin class per student, per semester

    - Maximum of one (1) Tai Chi class per student, per semester


    REFUND/TRANSFER POLICY

    No refunds or transfers.

    Please select your course carefully as we are unable to provide refunds for change of mind or enrolling in the wrong course.

    MOSAIC Centre will offer full refunds only in the event that a course is cancelled.


    COURSE FEES

    Course fees are to be paid upon registration.

    Please note: Our fees have increased slightly to cover the Eventbrite service and processing fee (5.35% + A$1.19 per ticket).

    Can I have a trial lesson before registration?

    Sorry. We do not allow trial lessons. Please read course details and select your course carefully. If you are not sure if a course is suitable for you, please contact MOSAIC Office before registration.

    Can I get a refund if I cancel my ticket before the starting date?

    Sorry. We do not provide any refunds if you cancel your ticket. MOSAIC will offer a full refund only in the event that a course is cancelled or you have made a duplicate order.

    What if I have changed my mind or enrolled in the wrong course?

    If you have changed your mind after registration, or have accidently enrolled in the wrong course, please contact MOSAIC Office ASAP for a course transfer as we do not provide any refunds. Please note: your transfer is subject to vacancies available in your desired course.

    Can I transfer my ticket to others?

    Sorry. You cannot transfer your ticket to others. Please read course details and select your course carefully. If you are not sure if a course is suitable for you, please contact MOSAIC Office before registration.

    How can I attend an online course?

    MOSAIC online courses are run via Zoom Meetings. Zoom Meeting link and Zoom Meeting ID/Passcode will be emailed out to participants of online courses one week prior to the starting date.

    What should I do if I am missing a class?

    If you are going to miss a class, please notify MOSAIC Office or inform your teacher if applicable. Failure to do so over two consecutive days will result in losing your place.

    Can I have a make up lesson if I miss a class?

    Sorry. We do not provide any make up lessons if you miss a class due to personal reasons, e.g. illness, holiday or family emergency etc. A make up lesson will be offered only in the event that a class has been cancelled by MOSAIC.

    What if a class falls on a public holiday?

    MOSAIC will be closed on public holidays. If a class falls on a public holiday, the lesson will be provided on a later date.

    Can I take any photos or videos during class?

    Video recording or photography is not permitted unless authorised by MOSAIC office.

    Is there any term break in Semester 2, 2024?

    There will be a four-week break between 23 September and 18 October 2024.

    Do I need to re-enroll for Term 2, Semester 2, 2024?

    No. When you have registered to a course in Semester 2, 2024, you have paid for two terms. There will be no need to re-enroll for Term 2, Semester 2, 2024.
