Unlock the benefits of yoga for children as we notice our mind-body connection through breath work, awareness, and movement. The practice of yoga can help increase our physical health while focusing on emotional regulation.

    During this workshop participants will:

    • Focus on remedial yoga postures for cold and flu based on Traditional Chinese 5 Element Theory
    • Experience and explore yoga mindfulness
    • Practice traditional yoga poses

These workshops are suitable for children aged 5-12 years old with an interest in movement and mindfulness.

    About the facilitator

Little Tree Yoga is run by Shuyu (Katrina), a mother to three children and registered Level 2 Yoga teacher.

    Age: 5-12 years old

    Cost: Free

Equipment: Equipment and materials will be provided. Children should wear comfortable clothing that doesn’t inhibit movement.
