Join a guided twilight walk for adults in Karawatha Forest. Experience the natural wonders of this beautiful bushland reserve, spot wildlife and wildflowers, and enjoy views of the forest at dusk. The 2.5km Rocks Track has some climbs and steps, moderate fitness is required.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU REGISTER
- Age: Adults aged 18 years and over.
- Safety note: Moderate fitness required.
- Bookings: All attendees must be booked in as participants. Maximum 3 people per booking. If you cannot attend, please cancel online via Eventbrite.
Requirements:
- Wear secure, fully enclosed walking shoes. Bring a small hand-held torch (no headlamps), insect repellent, cup, and water. Lightweight long sleeves and pants recommended.
- For safety reasons, please do not leave the walk early. If during the walk you need to leave early due to an emergency, please inform our guides.
ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in with staff at the Environment Centre, as the walk will commence promptly at 4.30pm.
Note: This activity will go ahead in light rain. Events are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on the day.
