Then we would like to invite you for this Journey to your inner-self-Meditation course where we explore different traditional Himalayan meditation practices without sitting on the floor and crossing our legs the whole time.

Learn to Calm and Relax in this hectic life through a Meditation course Sundays over 5 weeks at Yoga Spirit Studios with YSS Principal Yoga Teacher - Vani, including the followings:

-How to enhance deep breathing practice
-Different methods of Meditation and Relaxation
-Deep relaxation technique
-Proper meditation sitting positions, including meditation in chairs

Regular meditation is beneficial for your physical as well as mental health. Meditation helps you to increase your focus and concentration, reduce stress levels, enhance the function of the immune system, and lower blood pressure.

This course will help you achieve personal harmony, boost inner confidence, and in gaining awareness of your true nature which can help to attune and unify all the energies of your mind.

About the Teacher: Vani Shukla is post-graduated with a Master of Sciences in Yoga Therapy from India and is a certified Himalayan Yoga Meditation facilitator. Having taught yoga since 2005, Vani’s vision is to spread true meaning so that people can achieve their complete well-being (physically, mentally, and spiritually).
