About the coach ?

Andres (@andres_strengthcoach) has a diverse background in movement, from competitive swimming to years of capoeira, CrossFit, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Now focused on strength training and calisthenics, he’s a qualified coach with a deep understanding of performance and nutrition, currently mentored by Sebastian Oreb, the strength expert behind elite athletes like Hafþór Björnsson.

You can attend a single seminar ($75) or sign up for all three at a discounted rate ($50 per session).
