The Circle of Security Parenting program is a supportive, relationship-based approach to parenting, grounded in decades of attachment research.

This eight week course will be delivered while keeping parents with ADHD (diagnosed or questioning) in mind.

In this program, you will learn to:

Understand your child’s unique needs and how to respond effectively.
Support your child in organising their feelings and emotions.
Foster security and confidence in their relationships.
Encourage engagement in play and learning.
Meet your child’s emotional needs during challenging times, such as managing tantrums, attention-seeking, or clingy behavior.
Manage your own thoughts and emotions to strengthen the parent-child bond.

The course is run over 8 sessions with a qualified therapist trained to deliver the internationally recognised Circle of Security parenting course.

FACILITATOR - SERENA

Serena is a counsellor who has a special interest in women with ADHD. She has a Master of Counselling from the University of Notre Dame and personal ADHD experience (herself and family). Serena prioritises authentic connection, always going that little bit deeper, and compassionate understanding of the ups, downs, and drama of being a neurodivergent woman.
