This event will provide an overview of the Summit and outcomes including declarations for 2025-26 transboundary collaboration & action, followed by a deeper dive into Summit topics including:

  1. Effective enforcement and judicial systems
  2. Collaborating to connect the whole regulatory system – reflecting on plenary speakers at the Summit – Graeme Samuel, Phil Kowalick & Tess Cole-Adam
  3. Outcomes performance reporting (to tell the real story of your regulatory benefit) and setting regulatory direction and priorities
  4. What’s next? 3 material AELERT actions relating to cross-cutting regulatory subjects to realise progress for NT regulators
