Annual General Meeting

The purpose of this Meeting is to seek member endorsement of the Annual Report and 2023-24 financials .

Please refer to the Chapter Library section of the Members area to find the FY 2024 Audit and Financial Report (pending), the Proposed Budget FY25, Financial Strategy 2025, AGM 2023 Meeting Minutes and March 2024 General Meeting Minutes. Update to Chapter Bylaws
We would like to inform all members that a proposed update to the bylaws will be included for voting. The purpose of this update is to align our bylaws with the template and standards provided by ISACA Global, while still ensuring compliance with local legislation. For more details, please refer to the proposed changes to the bylaws in the Chapter Library section of the Members area here: Proposed Bylaws of ISACA Canberra Chapter 2024 (Approved by Global). Board Nomination
If you are keen to add value to and take on a leadership position with the Chapter Board of Directors, please refer to the Director Nomination Form. These are due by 11:45 (AEST) Sunday 08 December 2024 and we encourage you to chat to one of the past or current Directors if you have any questions about what it requires, the value to the chapter and the value to your own career.
