AgriBalance Workshop

Welcome to the AgriBalance Workshop in Perth! Join us at the Farmanco Office in Rivervale for a day aimed at upskilling client-facing agribusiness professionals to communicate more effectively with clients who are experiencing situational distress and provide them with the necessary resources if they need more help.

The program won’t increase your workload or turn you into a trained psychologist; it is designed to give you confidence in learning how to identify a client’s level of mental distress and the level of assistance they need in order to connect them with the right source of help.

Farmanco is excited to announce that we are working with a number of ag industry professionals and rural mental health professionals to develop mental health training, specifically targeted at ag professionals, to help them support their clients and themselves through the ups and downs of agriculture.
