As we head towards prime BBQ season, join Ross Yarranton at Yanchep Library as he promises to deliver an informative, fun and lighthearted masterclass in all things BBQ. Learn how to choose the right BBQ for you, how to maintain it and all the information you will need to make every barbeque a success.


Ross Yarranton is a professional BBQ chef and author of Drongo's Guide to BBQ Mastery and has co-authored British & Australian BBQ Secrets with Ben Bartlett, a Masterchef of Great Britain and Embassador for Love British Food. He has a successful barbeque servicing and repair company and also conducts private barbeque cookery classes.


This free event includes a Q & A session, cooking demonstration and food tasting.
