An ADF families event: Christmas Pool Party - Hunter

NOTE: This event is only for Australian Defence Force members and their families.

DMFS Hunter is thrilled to invite you and your family to our Christmas Pool Party at Lambton Pool.

You'll have exclusive access to the waterslide and can enjoy the 50m and 25m pools, toddlers pool, and aquatic playground for the afternoon.

Bring your own picnic dinner or grab something from the onsite full service café. If swimming isn’t cool enough, cool off with a Zooper Dooper from DMFS. Get ready for a splashin’ good time!

Be sure to register by 12pm, 29 November 24.

You should carefully read the following information to ensure you are aware of all requirements relating to this event. Please note this information is regularly updated and may not be the same as information on previous DMFS events you may have registered for.

· We kindly request that all guests view the full list of venue conditions of entry prior to attending the DMFS Christmas Pool Party. This will ensure that you are aware of and comply with any rules and regulations set by Lambton Pool.

· Your safety is of the utmost importance. We encourage all attendees to take a moment to assess you and your family's swimming abilities and choose the appropriate pool for their skill level. Although we have taken every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable event, DMFS cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur. We kindly ask that all parents supervise their children in and around the water at all times.

· Lambton Pool offers off-street and disabled parking for your convenience.

· We regret to inform you that the Diving Pool will be out of bounds for DMFS event attendees during our Christmas Pool Party. This is due to Lambton Pool accommodating a Water Polo Game.

· A photographer may attend at this event. If you do not want to be photographed, or have your family photographed, please let the photographer know. Please note: any photos taken may be used in DMFS publications, online or on social media.

· Ensure that the email address you register with is accurate as you will receive your booking confirmation, and any additional information or changes to the event, by email.

· If you become unable to attend the event, please cancel your booking by clicking on the link in your confirmation email ‘View and manage your order online’. This takes you to your ‘Tickets’ page where you can choose the ‘Cancel my Order’ option to release the tickets back to the event listing.
