Come along and have some fun jumping, climbing and bouncing at our 2024 DMFS SA Christmas party.

NOTE: This event is only for Australian Defence Force families.

South Australian ADF members and families are invited to come down for a fun filled session of indoor adrenalin play at Bounce Greenacres where you can bounce, climb, fly and smile at the DMFS Christmas Party.

ADF members and their families in South Australia are invited to connect with other ADF members and families and meet our team while enjoying a fun evening out to celebrate Christmas. Participants will receive entry to a 2-hour indoor adrenaline session (including grip socks for active particpants/jumpers only) and will have the opportunity to visit with Santa Clause and his Elf to add to the excitement. Please arrive 15 minutes early to the event and wear comfortable clothing and closed toe, flat soled running shoes with tight laces.

This event is only for ADF full-time serving members and their recognised dependants. When you arrive at the event you will be asked to provide Defence identification. If you do not have a current Defence identification, please contact us at dmfs.southaustralia@defence.gov.au or call 08 8305 6231.

We anticipate this event will be very popular, to secure your tickets please register as soon as possible. Registrations close once allocation is exhausted and event is sold out or by 13 Nov 2022, whichever occurs first.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

Registration: All attendees (babies, children and adults) will need to register for a ticket either a jumper or spectator ticket:

· Jumper Ticket – suitable for those wishing to actively participate (will recevie grip socks)

· Spectator Ticket – suitable for those not yet walking and those wishing to observe and/or support their young child/children but not participate themselves.

Limit to four jumper tickets and two spectator tickets per ADF member or family. If you require more, please contact us on 8305 6231.


Parking: Free on-site parking is available, but is limited in peak periods. There are a number of local streets where casual parking is available but please observe street signs and arrive early. Attendees must follow all road/parking signage and park at their own risk.

Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early to the event and wear comfortable clothing and closed toe, flat soled running shoes with tight laces.

Food: Participants are not permitted to bring their own food as part of Bounce’s safety policy. However, food and drink from a modified menu (including pizza, nuggets, chips and wedges) can be purchased from the onsite café at your own expense.

Safety: There are no age restrictions but all participants must be able to walk unassisted. Please note some venue features do have restrictions e.g. height and/or weight.

General safety rules, restrictions, and guidelines for each area are displayed throughout the venue, we ask you to adhere to these rules and follow the direction of Bounce and DMFS staff at all times.

Anyone jumping at Bounce is required to wear their grip-socks designed to help maximise grip, safety and general hygiene. These will be provided to those with a jumper ticket upon check in at the event.

In adventure challenge areas (e.g. x-park and wall climb) participants are required to wear closed toe, flat soled running shoes with tight laces.

You should carefully read the following information to ensure you are aware of all requirements relating to this event. This information is regularly updated and may not be the same as information on previous DMFS events you may have registered for.

  • When registering for the event, you must register for a ticket for yourself and each person attending.
  • Ensure that the email address you register with is accurate as you will receive your booking confirmation, and any additional information or changes to the event, by email.
  • If you or someone in your family are feeling unwell with flu-like symptoms on the day of the event, please stay at home. If you attend the event with flu-like symptoms, staff will advise you to return home and to seek medical advice.
  • A photographer will be in attendance at this event. If you don’t want to be photographed, or have your family photographed, please let the photographer know. Please note: any photos taken may be used in DMFS publications, online or on social media.
  • If you become unable to attend the event, please cancel your booking by clicking on the link in your confirmation email ‘View and manage your order online’. This takes you to your ‘Tickets’ page where you can choose the ‘Cancel my Order’ option to release the tickets back to the event listing.
  • The waitlist will show automatically on the registration page once the event is fully booked. If you’d like to register on the waitlist, complete the ‘Contact Information’ form for every individual person who requires a ticket. For example, if three family members require a ticket you should complete the ‘Contact Information’ form three times.
