Introduction to Aqua Aerobics'
Aqua Aerobics classes are a great way to mix up a traditional gym workout with the wondrous benefits of water. It only takes a few aqua aerobics sessions, and you’ll see a big difference in your overall fitness.
You are required to wear your comfortable swimming attire.
The class is approximately 45 minutes.
All participants need to bring a towel when attending a group fitness class.
It is recommended all participants bring their own water bottle.
If there is anyone with a medical condition such as heart, please seek clearance from treating professional to ensure your safety and well-being.
Please plan to arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to a class.
No late arrivals will be allowed to participate in classes.
