Join us for The Chef's Table, an exciting new dining experience that puts the spotlight on the incredible talents of our commercial cookery students in cooperation with Hospitality and In-house events students. As they approach the final stages of their Certificate IV in Kitchen Management, these aspiring chefs have crafted a special menu just for you. Each dish is thoughtfully designed and skillfully prepared, offering a taste of their creativity and passion.

This interactive event invites you to connect directly with the chefs, giving you a behind-the-scenes look at their culinary journey. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to enjoy an exceptional meal while supporting the next generation of culinary stars!

2. Lunch Buffet: Join us for a sumptuous lunch experience where you can sample a wide range of dishes prepared with both innovation and tradition in mind. Our lunch buffet includes hearty entrée s, seasonal vegetables,hot dishes, flavorful sides, and delectable desserts. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared to highlight the students' culinary techniques and presentation skills.
