About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

World Turtle Day began in 2000 and is sponsored by American Tortoise Rescue. The day was created as a yearly observance to help people celebrate and protect turtles and tortoises and their disappearing habitats, as well as to encourage human action to help them survive and thrive.

This painting workshop will shellebrate the turtle in all its uniqueness, beauty and colour. Olivia will guide you through the creation of a turtle painting in acrylics on your own take home canvas.

Olivia has had over 10 years of experience painting and teaching painting and has painted many turtles on various murals all over Perth.

Even complete beginners will leave with a beautiful turtle painting. You do not need to be good at art to enjoy this class.

About the artist:
Liv Robinson is a muralist, Art therapist and Fine art Painter. She started her creative journey in the UK where she grew up. However, since moving to Perth some 14 years ago she is captivated by the ocean and the creatures that live in and around it.
