Backyard Biodiversity: Free Weeding & Habitat Creation Demonstration

You are invited to be part of this unique program and we will support you to make an important contribution to weed management in the Smiths Lake area. We understand that keeping a garden weed free is not an easy task so to assist Council will provide you with:

· an in-person demonstration of appropriate weed identification and control methods by a trained bush regenerator;

· personalised advice on native species to suit your garden design and conditions;

· assistance with weed control on your property (subject to conditions); and

· a selection of native plants to replace weeds on your property.

PLEASE NOTE: This project is only open to residents in the Smiths Lake and Tarbuck Bay area.
