in Atherton and now based in Innisfail — for a hands-on workshop that celebrates

creativity, culture, and connection.

In this relaxed immersive experience you will:

• Learn traditional Indigenous weaving techniques and hear cultural stories shared through generations.

• Create your own handwoven raffia basket, using fibres naturally dyed by the Jitta Art group.
• Explore a blend of traditional and contemporary weaving methods
