Yardbird and the Beechworth Vignerons are excited to invite you to a Sunday long lunch you'll never forget!
On Sunday October 27, we'll be preparing a local, and seasonal wine-matched Sunday lunch. It's been carefully created by Yardbird Head Chef Simon Arkless, expertly matched by four Beechworth Vignerons. You'll indulge in a four-course lunch, with each course paired with beautiful Beechworth wines. Througout the afternoon the chef and winemakers will share their stories and why the wines are matched with each dish.

- Sunday October 27 at Yardbird Restaurant, in Albury, NSW.
- From 11:30AM, with the first course to be served at 12 noon; guests to depart by 3PM.
- This is an 18+ year old event only.
- This is a set menu, and with enough notice the venue may be able to provide a vegetararian, and gluten free option, subject to availability.

Starter
Wood roasted Hispi cabbage with Mitta hazelnut, chilli and garlic crunch, Tahini and yoghurt dressing.
Entrée
House smoked Murray Cod, duck fat potato, soft-boiled Wolki Farm egg.
Main
Roast Loddon Estate duck breast, duck confit croquette, bittersweet grapefruit purée and caramelised witlof tarte fines.
Dessert
Beechworth strawberries, poached rhubarb, sablé biscuit and lemon verbena ice cream.
