Beginner Bodyweight Sessions by the Sea

Come join us for our Beginner Bodyweight Sessions by the Sea! These feel-good, beginner-friendly workouts are all about moving your body, building strength, and enjoying the ocean air in a relaxed and supportive space.

I’m a personal trainer and fitness coach with a pre and postnatal qualification, currently completing my nutrition coach certification. I also run regular sessions at a local gym — and these beach workouts bring that same welcoming energy outdoors. With a background in childcare, I understand how important it is to create a space where both mums and little ones feel comfortable and supported.

Whether you’re new to fitness, returning after a break, or navigating pre or postnatal movement, you’re so welcome here. Mums and bubs are encouraged to come along — these sessions are designed with flexibility and connection in mind.

Sessions go ahead rain or shine (unless it’s unsafe), so rug up, dress comfy, and meet us by the sea.


We can even grab a coffee or brekkie and go for a dip afterwards — good vibes all round 💙

Frequently asked questions

I'm new to fitness or haven’t exercised outdoors in winter before. Will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely! All fitness levels are welcome. Sessions are designed to accommodate everyone, with modifications for beginners and options to challenge more experienced participants.

Where do we meet?

We meet outside the grass area in front of Quinns Surf Life Saving club building, which is conveniently accessible and has nearby parking.

What do I need to bring

Water bottle, Mat or towel, Comfy activewear, Sneakers, Warm layer or windbreaker, Sunscreen & hat, Optional: Small dumbbells or resistance band – If you have them, bring them, A good vibe
