A Red Cross Community-led Resilience Teams Initiative:
You are invited to join other members of your community in a session focusing on stories and memories of Bilambil and surrounds.
This Red Cross activity supports planning for emergency events, and also provides an opportunity for community members to catch up over a cup of tea and to get to know each other. "Tales as Old as Time" links long-standing locals and those who are new to the community in a relaxed social event.
Everyone is invited along to listen the local panel members' stories, to ask questions, and to get to know a bit more about each other and the place you currently call home.
Feel free to bring along any photos or treasures you might have from earlier days in and around Bilambil, Urilup, Duroby, Carool & Surrounds . There will be an exhibition of old treasures and memories in the supper room at the Hall.
Please register via Eventbrite or text or call Jasmin 0417 690 511 or email jjonescalvert@redcross.org.au
Morning tea & Lunch will be provided during the event - please register for catering purposes. ALL WELCOME!
