Our workshops focus on encouraging an active birth and ideally avoiding intervention when possible. They are facilitated by a local qualified and experienced midwife. Limiting the numbers of people attending allows for a more personal experience with a lot of time for practice and questions. It also gives an opportunity for people to get to know each other and share this unique experience.
