Dymocks Knox City is thrilled to bring acclaimed novelist Robbie Arnott, in conversation with fellow author Alli Parker, to our famous Books in Bars setting at Urban Alley Brewery Knox to celebrate the release of Dusk.
In the distant highlands, a puma named Dusk is killing shepherds. Down in the lowlands, twins Iris and Floyd are out of work, money and friends. When they hear that a bounty has been place on Dusk, they reluctantly decide to join the hunt. As they journey up into this wild, haunted country, they discover there's far more to the land and people of the highlands than they imagined. As they close in on their prey, they're forced to reckon with conflicts both ancient and deeply personal.

You get to hang out with a bunch of bookish people and have the opportunity to pick up some personally signed books. And your first drink at the bar is covered as well.
Yes please. Tickets are limited and we want to make sure that we bring enough books for everyone.
If the event is cancelled for any reason, all tickets will be refunded via Eventbrite. If you book your ticket but find you can't make it on the night, refunds are available up to 24 hours before the event. Please contact us directly if you require a refund.
Unfortunately the only space big enough for this gathering is up a single flight of stairs, with no lift currently available. We're hopeful of offering a more accessible space in future.
Not included in the ticket price, however Urban Alley have a great range of delicious meals and finger food if you want to arrive a little early or stay back afterwards for a bite.
