How do I qualify to attend the Update Course

In the registration process we will ask for you to list when you attended your last Bosch eBike training day to cross check our records and qualify your attendance

Is this event catered?

Yes and as this is a shorter session we will provide coffee/tea and a light snack . Please list your dietary requirements during registration

Is the training content focused toward the workshop only?

No, the content of the day is designed to suit sales & mechanics. Many of our new features are end consumer focused and essential for the sales team.

Can I ride my bike to training and is there bike parking?

Absolutely, we encourage as many people to come by bike as possible.

I wish to register more than 2 people, can I add more?

I don't sell Bosch eBike brands, but I want to get set up for servicing. Can I still attend?

Yes. The Bosch Diagnostic software is available for all IBD's and bicycle service centres
