Having delivered well over 1000 seminars world-wide, we know how to work with a range of abilities and can promise you will walk away better on the ergs and more confident across the board in your STRONG training.
This workshop caters to:
- STRONG Humans looking to maximise their time in class and PROGRESS. Think: More calories, more metres, more results
- HYROX Humans looking to race faster! Think: Less fatigue, faster metres, better time.
There will be time allocated for you ask questions about your own training and goals and there will also be many opportunities for you to be coached personally by us.
The evening will run as follows from 5.30pm - 7.30pm:
- Welcome and introductions
- Mastering the ROWER: Power, Positions, Efficiency.
- Rowing Practice
- Short break
- Mastering the BIKEERG: Set Up, Cadence, Endurance.
- Bike + Rowing Practice
- Q and A
- Home time :)
The workshop will be capped to ensure every single one of you will get plenty of personal time with us and ensure you walk away with knowledge and enthusiasm to put all your new skills into practice!
