Come join us for a fun and interesting cooking experience! Learn how to make traditional Italian bread, crispy breadsticks, and delicious Taralli with Anna and Sara.

Who doesn’t like the smell of freshly baked bread?

When Anna smells bread she always smiles.

In this class you’ll learn to follow a truly simple recipe to prepare a great homemade bread, you’ll master the art of making the delicious Taralli Pugliesi and then you’ll make Grissini, the famous Italian bread sticks.

We cook Anna and Sara’s production and we taste our bread, Taralli and Grissini with a sharing platter of Italian antipasto (cheese, salami, mortadella,olives,etc) and an Aperol Spritz to complete our feast to perfection.

At the end of the class, you’ll take home with you the bread, Taralli and grissini you made to cook and share with your family and friends, and you’ll also get the recipe book for the class you attended.

Leavened dough is a matter of chemistry and alchemy in which your ability, hands and feelings are all part of the recipe, so, please come along bringing your greatest energy and your willingness to have fun, laugh and be happy among new friends.

All our recipes are hands on, you’ll be working at your private bench space with a maximum of 14 participants to ensure that every one of you will be well looked after and to maximise your learning and help you to master the necessary skills.

Class ingredients

Plain flour, fresh yeast, salt, sugar/honey, rosemary, fennel seeds, extra virgin olive oil.

(To share/party: Italian salami, Italian cheeses, olives, Italian mortadella, cherry Italian Mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, etc)

What you need to know

Ingredients, apron, tools, and everything you need is provided by us.

Course is suitable for any skill level.

Age requirement: 15+

Please come 10-15 minutes before the start time of the class.

Please wear closed in comfortable shoes.

Refund.

A full refund is available if you cancel up to 30 days before the booked class (or reschedule). NO RUFUND is available for cancellations made within 7 days of the class, however, we can offer you to book another class at a special rate of $40 or you may send someone else in your place.

Reschedule.

We understand that life could be tricky sometimes, so we offer to reschedule your class,but you need to give us at least 7 days notice prior to the class and you can reschedule up to two times.If you are suddenly unwell,or you cannot attend the class,we are happy if you send someone in your place.

To be honest, summarizing Italian cuisine in just a few classes is quite challenging; we could easily offer more than a hundred classes and still not cover half of what Italy's culinary tradition encompasses. Nevertheless, we've carefully crafted 12 distinct classes to showcase some of the most famous dishes and unique culinary experiences Italy has to offer.

We also offer classes focused on Italian Lunch, Tuscan Dinner, the art of Pane-grissini-Taralli (Bread-breadstick-Taralli), and the secrets of Pizza and Focaccia. Additionally, we have a class dedicated to mastering quick and delicious Sughi Express.
