Join Emily from Grazing Yorkes for a hands-on bread-making class where you'll dive into the art of crafting delicious breads. Over the course of 3 hours, Emily will guide you through the process of making three different types of bread, each with its unique characteristics and flavors plus your own Sourdough starter to take home!

What You'll Make:

  1. Pane Bianco: This Italian-inspired white bread is known for its soft, airy texture and slightly sweet flavor using your own choice of filling.
  2. Flatbread: You'll learn to create versatile and flavorful flatbreads that can be used for everything from dipping in olive oil to making wraps and sandwiches. This bread is quick to make and incredibly satisfying.
  3. Crusty Round Loaf: Master the art of a rustic, round loaf with a crispy crust and chewy interior. Emily will guide you through the kneading, shaping, and baking techniques to achieve that classic bakery-quality bread.
  4. Sourdough Starter: Start your sourdough journey by creating your own sourdough starter. Emily will explain the science behind sourdough and how to care for your starter, so you can continue making sourdough bread at home.
