Join us at The Station for an inspiring event designed to help you breakthrough tension, stress, negative emotion and bottled up trauma and face life with renewed energy and focus. This in-person gathering is your chance to connect with like-minded individuals and explore the power of your Breath.

Discover the life-changing power of Breathwork with Breathless instructor Brad Levey. This session is designed as a reset – allowing you the space to let go of the stress of the week, the month or the year and reset your nervous system. You will step into a profound, empowering space where you will be guided on an immersive breathwork journey complete with inspirational music, hot ceremonial Cacao (hot chocolate with extra zing) and some powerful and inspiring techniques for finding your zen.

We will explore some of the science of the breath and breathwork practices. We will delve into the spectrum of breath and may explore aspects of functional breathing for better health, breathing for sports performance, nervous system regulation, super-ventilation and breath holds.

WHAT IS BREATHWORK AND CONSCIOUS BREATHING?

What do I need to Participate?

Bring whatever makes you feel comfortable - There will be some Yoga mats and bolsters available, but please bring your yoga mat and a blanket or towel and a pillow for your head or knees. Wear comfortable clothing, thongs/sandals or easy to remove footwear. Water, notebook and pen for journaling.

What can I expect at the session?

You can expect a warm welcome. An inviting atmosphere with lots of people good people to connect with. Hot Cacao to warm the belly. An informative session on the power of the breath and breathwork. Some relaxing breathwork and of course the fireworks of a breakthrough breath session.

Who will be facilitating the session?

Do I need to have experience with breathwork to participate?

No, this session is suited to beginners or seasoned professionals.
