Join our Child & Family Health Nurses for an informative and interactive breastfeeding session in Nowra! Increase your knowledge, confidence & enjoyment in breastfeeding your baby.

We discuss all things breastfeeding. Learn about attachment, positioning, establishing and maintaining your breastmilk supply. How to avoid & manage painful and damaged nipples & other challenges of breastfeeding. This session will provide you and your family with valuable insights to support your breastfeeding journey.
