About this event

Breath Odyssey: A Space for Complete Immersion

This is a sacred space where you can arrive fully, be met, and held—allowing you to surrender, release, receive, and transform.

The style of connected breath we use isn't just a technique; it’s a profound journey into your innermost self, where the mind becomes still and the truth of who you are is revealed. From this depth, renewal and transformation arise naturally, without force.

Within the breath lies liberation—the dissolution of old patterns and the emergence of new possibilities. With every inhale, you embody life’s vitality, and with each exhale, you release tension, aligning yourself with life’s natural rhythm.

Each breath cycle opens hidden doorways to the subconscious, where wisdom and healing await. This practice serves as a bridge between awareness and existence, weaving together your experiences into a tapestry of wholeness and harmony.

The Breath as a Bridge Between Body and Mind

The breath unites the physical body with the realms of thought and perception, offering transformative opportunities to:

  • Dissolve states of freeze, flight, fight, and fawn
  • Navigate life transitions, whether painful or profound
  • Infuse stagnant areas of the body with life force
  • Align with truth, integrity, and purpose
  • Facilitate deep self-remembering
  • Amplify energy, vibration, and vitality
  • Rewire patterns of fear, pain, and self-sabotage
  • Clear heaviness in the body and distortion in the mind
  • Restore your connection to Spirit, heart, and source

Each breath journey is unique. It may shake the foundations of old beliefs, or it may guide you into waves of calm, peace, and joy.

Your intention shapes the experience, and we are here to guide and support you. But ultimately, you are in control of your own journey. With two decades of combined experience in facilitating healing, we honour your commitment to this practice.

Ceremony, Reverence, and Integration

At the heart of everything we do is ceremony, reverence, and intention. This event is designed to create an environment where you feel safe, empowered, and held, allowing you to explore the depths of what you need.

In today’s fast-moving world, traditional seated meditation can feel challenging. Breathwork offers an alternative path—one that honours the wisdom of your body and the intelligence within, helping you reconnect with clarity and insight.

Your safety and freedom are our priority.
Post-event, you’ll receive guided practices in breath and gentle somatic orientation to help you integrate your experience. These tools can support:

  • Daily energy enhancement
  • Improved sleep quality
  • A balanced inner dialogue and creative flow
  • Restoration of brain-heart coherence for deeper resilience

These practices are yours to keep and apply in your daily life, ensuring the gifts of your breath journey continue to unfold over time.

We respectfully acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we gather, the Yugembah speaking people of Kombumerri Country. We recognize and honor their enduring connection to this land, which has been nurtured by their cultures and customs for generations. We pay our deepest respects to the Elders, both past and present, and extend our acknowledgment to the future generations who will continue to uphold the wisdom and traditions of this sacred land.

And a heartfelt thank you to Uncle Maurice (featured below from one of our previous Breath Odessy events), a dear friend and brother. A Yinwin Man who has brought such joy, wisdom, and healing into our lives.
