About this event

Breath Odyssey provides a space for complete immersion.

One where you can arrive fully and be met and held to surrender, release, receive and transform.

The style of connected breath used during this session is not just a technique, it's a sacred journey into your innermost self, where the mind stills, revealing the truth of who you really are. From this depth, renewal and transformation flow effortlessly.

Liberation unfolds within the breath, dissolving old patterns and the emergence of new possibilities. It's a practice, where the act of inhaling symbolises life's vitality and the exhale signifies release and relaxation.

In the breath's rhythm lies the rhythm of existence itself. Each inhale infuses every cell with energy and light, while each exhale surrenders what no longer serves, aligning us with life's natural flow.

Each cycle unlocks hidden doorways to the subconscious, where wisdom and healing await.

This journey serves as a vital link between existence and awareness, seamlessly connecting life's essence to consciousness's depths. Through it, we traverse the bridge, weaving our existence's threads into a tapestry of wholeness and harmony.

The breath acts as the unifying force, bridging the physical body and the realm of thought and perception, offering opportunities to:

  • Dissolve states of freeze, flight, fight, and fawn.
  • Navigate life transitions, both painful and profound.
  • Infuse stagnant areas of the body with life force.
  • Align with truth, integrity, and purpose.
  • Facilitate deep self-remembering.
  • Amplify vibration, energy, and vitality.
  • Rewire patterns of fear, pain, and sabotage.
  • Clear heaviness in the body and distortion in the mind.
  • Restore and integreat your connection to Spirit, heart and source.

Each breath journey is a unique exploration, sometimes shaking the foundations of your beliefs for the better, and other times guiding you through waves of joy, calm, and peace.

Your intention combined with our guidance creates the space for whatever needs to emerge.

We're here to support and guide you, but ultimately, you're in charge of your journey.

Your commitment is invaluable, and our two decades of combined experience in facilitating healing of body, mind, and spirit affirm this.

Ceremony, reverence, and intention are at the center of all we do, including this event.

We aim to create an environment where you feel held, empowered, and safe to explore the depths of what you need.

In a world that moves at lightning speed, traditional practices like seated meditation might seem challenging.

Breathwork offers another path to tranquility, clarity, and insight—one that honors the wisdom of your body and the intelligence within.

Your sense of safety and freedom are priority.

We ensure you're equipped to integrate the journey. Post-event, you will be provided with guided practices of breath and gentle somatic experiencing and orientation to support with integration and a deeper receiving of what you experienced during the session.

These can be applied in your life on a daily basis to enhance energy, improve the quality of your sleep, inner dialogue, creative flow, and restore balance to the balance of brain-heart to cultivate a sound resilience within self. These are yours to keep.

We respectfully acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we gather, the Yugembah speaking people of Kombumerri Country. We recognize and honor their enduring connection to this land, which has been nurtured by their cultures and customs for generations. We pay our deepest respects to the Elders, both past and present, and extend our acknowledgment to the future generations who will continue to uphold the wisdom and traditions of this sacred land.

And a heartfelt thank you to Uncle Maurice (featured below from one of our previous BO events), a dear friend and brother. A Yinwin Man who has brought such joy, wisdom, and healing into our lives.

Hosted by Ryan Pope and Amber Hawken who have a combined 25+ years of professioanl taining and applied experience in the field of wellness, healing and breathwork.
