Join us for an immersive breathwork journey where you will be guided into self-discovery and inner balance.
This breathwork class will combine ancient breathing techniques with modern mindfulness practices creating a safe space for you to explore the profound effects of conscious breathing. through intentional breathwork and sound healing, you will release tension, invite deep relaxation and tap into a heightened sense of awareness.

As we approach our upcoming breathwork class I wanted to provide you with some guidance to enhance your preparation and to ensure you have a deeply enriched experience.
1. Set an intention- take a moment to reflect on what your goal is from the class whether it's stress relief, increased clarity, emotional release or maybe just calming the mind and body. A clear intention can amplify the benefits 🌈
2. Hydrate- make sure you are well hydrated coming to class. Please bring a water bottle to sip on during and after class. Please, NO COFFEE before. We will go to the cafe after ❤️❤️
3. Open mind and heart- approach the class with an open mind and heart. Be receptive to the experience and trust the process. Allow yourself to fully surrender to the experience.
4. Medical conditions- if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or are taking medication (respiratory, cardiovascular or antidepressants) please contact your healthcare provider before participating.
5- pregnancy- please speak to me before class and we can chat about the best breathing for you and baby 🥰
6. Comfort-bring a cozy blanket and pillow. An eye mask is also recommended but not essential.
