Hi, I’m Sangita,
A Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, and I’d love to invite you to Breathe + Let Go — a nourishing breathwork experience to help you close the week with intention and step into your weekend feeling calm, grounded, and clear.
This is your space to slow down, breathe deeply, and release the mental and emotional clutter that builds up throughout the week.
I’ll guide you through a breathwork journey designed to support your nervous system, ease tension, and reconnect you with your body’s natural rhythm.
We’ll begin gently—meeting you exactly where you are—and slowly shift into deeper breath patterns that invite stillness, safety, and release. Think of it as a nervous system tune-up before the weekend.
Who is this for?
If you’ve had a full-on week, feel like your brain won’t switch off, or just need some time to breathe—this session is for you.
Whether it’s your first time or you’ve journeyed with breath before, you are so welcome here.
Just come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, softer, and more you.
Let’s end the week on a high note—together, one breath at a time.
- 40 minute breathe
✨ There will be tea and fruit at the end ✨
