Amid the relentless demands of career and business, it’s easy to lose sight of the one driving it all—you. These weekly breathwork sessions offer a powerful reset, an opportunity to pause, recalibrate, and reconnect with yourself beneath the noise of deadlines and demands.


What to Expect

In this 75-minute session, I guide you through a gentle yet powerful breathwork process designed to unlock deeper awareness of your body, emotions, and true self.

Using the healing power of your breath, stored tension and stress release automatically, at the right speed for you. Because your healing needs are different, your experience will be different each session. Expereinces vary from deep relaxation and ease, to profound insights. From release of stuck emotions to nothing obvious at all - sometimes our healing process is over several sessions and the time in between. At it's root, breath is medicine. It dissolves confusion, doubt, fear, tension, anxiety—leaving space for what you truly are - clear, present, peaceful, and powerful.

Breathwork Format

This modality uses a gentle, conscious breathing rhythem maintained consistantly through the session. This modality is very forgiving and flexible, we breath through the nose but if that's blocked, breathing through the mouth is ok also. You breath at your own pace.

Because the breath is your medicine, you just need to keep breathing so that the breath can perform it's action. My job is to ensure you are supported, safe and maintain the breath throughout the session.


Arrival & Start Time

  • Entry opens at 6:45 PM, allowing you time to arrive, settle in, and begin unwinding.
  • Doors close at 7:00 PM. To respect everyone in the session, late entry is not permitted.
  • Your journey begins as soon as you arrive, giving you the space to transition from your day and receive the full benefits of the session.

I'll provide a brief explanation before we begin to enter the breathwork journey together. Lights in the space are dimmed, a custom soundtrack acompanies your journey, and I provide verbal guidance as we move through the experience.


About Me

I'm an Executive Coach, helping individuals, teams and organisations unlock more, and step into their full power. I combine 20 years of business, leadership and coaching with the best from evidence-based fields of psychology, coaching and psychotherapy.

Throughout my corporate career, I had a front-row seat to the complexities of human potential. I saw ambitious professionals excel on the outside while wrestling internally or at home, their limitations rooted in patterns they couldn’t see or shift. This insight shaped the path I’m on today. My work is about going deeper—helping people explore their Invisible World which shapes thinking, decisions, behaviours, and results.

No, WHBM involves Hyperventilation. The approach I use could be described as the opposite of WHBM. It's consistent, steady, calming, healing and nourishing.
